Whole Life Challenge Winners.

CrossFit Nac had 12 individuals who took the whole life challenge, an 8 week life style challenge that included dietary, fitness, mobility, supplements and life challenges.
Several saw such results as hitting new PRs, trimming up, and higher energy levels.
We are proud of all the participants and hope that each of you were able to take something valuable from this experience.
