Skill: Goat work Wod In teams of two Rx 8 min amrap -Max effort row for calories -Max effort ring dips Scaled 8 min amrap - Max effort row for calories - Max effort bench dip *partners alternate movements every 60 seconds. Score is total combined cal & dips. (Partner A will start on rower, partner B will start on rings/bench. Both are working at the same time. Every minute yell switch. So they will each hit both stations 4 times. If lone wolf, just alternate the same way for all 8 minutes.)
