NacFit Boot Camp is a typical boot camp class. They use kettle bells, dumbbells and do lots of cardio/conditioning work. If you are looking for a great workout focusing on more cardio/endurance these classes are for you!
It is a no nonsense, no gimmick place to build elite fitness. We take fitness very seriously and we have a heck of a lot of fun in doing so. We run, jump, climb, balance and move in ways that are dynamic and powerful. You can also expect to sweat. A lot. We train everyone from high school football players, collegiate athletes, to busy top executives and soccer moms and grandmas.
Your success is of utmost importance to us. You will find that working out in groups is not only more fun but superior in building your level of fitness. The group workouts are extremely demanding and will flat out kick your butt no matter how fit you are. Our programming will build world class fitness. All you have to do is show up and complete the prescribed workout with 100% of what you have that day. If you can manage that than we guarantee that you will get in the best shape of your life. Period.
If you are looking for results and you appreciate quality, then we are for you. We feel we are the best and we’re worth it.
DROP IN RATES: We allow traveling/visiting CrossFitters to “drop in” if they have a background in CrossFit methodology and some class experience. However, we can not allow for prospective athletes to “try out” a regular class as it compromises our coaches ability to focus on our current athletes. We charge $15 per class for our drop in rates. We will also waive the rate if you purchase a CrossFit Nac T-Shirt. Otherwise, if you are visiting for an extended period of time, or have unique questions, please call or email us.
Our programs are priced well under local “personal trainer” rates, with a more intensive skill based coaching.
Saturday open gym is FREE, essentially adding another day to your training program. (Saturday class is til drop in rate.)
A discount is offered for Military/Fire Fighter/and Students.
